My user number is 8000226146 and my plan is registered to the number 6362583133. They delayed the migration and shifting of my connection by more than 3 weeks and later when I called them repeatedly they said that the connection cannot be provided and when I asked for refund of the remaining amount they opened a ticket but no action I asked to for status updates when they just cancelled and created new 2 tickets for 2 months and there is still no reply from them about my refund. I purchased the Rs. 2499 plan for 3+1 months plan starting 14/09/2025 and raised a shifting request on 28/09/2025. They have just delayed my refund for more than 3 months now. The connection was for wifi broadband prepaid. The ticket numbers are as follows in their app: Ticket name , date and their number : 1. Installation Request- 14/09/25- 4281368 2. Shifting to another area Jayanagar bysandra 5th main road-28/09/25-4333989. 3. Last shifting request cancelled-08/10/25-4367556. 4. Plan Refund Due to service termination-17/10/25-4393708. 5. Connectivity issue with subscriber-09/12/25-4391837. Even after promising refund they have not delivered.
