Dear sir
I had booked an air india flight from portblair to chennai on 28th march 2021 and i got an email from airindia saying that the flight was cancelled.
Upon applying for a refund I was told that the flight had flown on time. I had a phone conversation with the air india customer on the same day i.e 28th march even they told me that my flight is cancelled i can apply for a full refund. I also called the airport and got the same news that the flight has been cancelled.
But now when I’m applying for a refund I’m being told that the flight was on time. its been 6 months im waiting for the refund.
Kindly take a look into this matter and help me out.
