I have paid Rs. 6100 for new Airtel Xtreme Broadband service and after giving money salesperson ensured that next day they will install Router but next day they said that they won’t be able to install router at my place as distance is larger and internet speed will be low and they will refund the amount to me for the same
Now its been 15 days and i have not received any refund from the company nor sales person is picking up my calls. screenshot of the payment has been attached.
