I ordered a smartwatch from FIREBOLTT site: https://fireboltt.com/ on May 27.

I cancelled the order by rejecting the delivery as I came to know this brand after sales service is poor. On June 13, the product reached back to their warehouse in Sanaswadi. Their policy also suggests the same that to cancel the order, just reject the delivery attempt, the refund will be processed after product is returned, but they have not.
I connected with them through email, customer care, instagram, facebook, twitter. No one responds. I also called 099990 39293 who is Mohit Walia, this number is shown as Fire Boltt corporate office number. But he denies to be part of this company, rejected to help with my concerns and also said thag Fire Boltt company is a fraud company.
