I booked hair clips from meesho.com on 14.04.2022 vide order id 655230200966_1, against which the company sent black color T- shirt which got delivered on 25.04.2022. Since then I am following up with the company’s customer service for refund or exchange, but to no avail. Everytime they promise for another 3-4 days time but no action taken place till date.
It seems company is in it’s arrogance and not having any fear of law. There is no authorise person or escalation matrix to raise your concern.
