Hi,
My name is Dr. Neelam Choudhary. I had disconnected my JioFiber account and surrendered the device on 27th January 2020. The representatives involved had told that refund will be done on bank account (details already provided) within 15 days. Since then I have been trying to get the refund amount calling the representatives but to no avail. After 5 months of trying, i thus had to make complaint here.
