I wished to purchase a mobile phone from Flipkart.com on EMIs from Axis bank (as given by Flipkart.com) however I had changed my mind later and cancelled the order. The order cancellation receipt is attached for your reference. Now after millions of followups Flipkart and Axis bank are not ready to help me and return back my money of Rs. 6,999/-. Their cancellation receipt itself says that refund will be processed with in 2-3 days and also confirmed that the order had been cancelled but I have not yet received my money back from them. Please help.
