Dear sir

I have recharged my mobile no on 12th Feb 2021 with Rs.598 less Rs.12 discount. So net amount is 586. Though I recharged my no I didn’t received any kind of services although my Bank ac was deducted. I called the customer service and told about the same and they assured me that the amount will be refunded and still no amount has been refunded to me.

Please sir nearly Rs.600 isn’t any small amount to me.

I kindly request you to look into the issue.
