Hi,
I cancelled my Jio Fiber subscription on 21st Sep 22. The ONT was supposed to be picked up in 3 days and refund to be credited within 14 days of cancellation. But even after giving multiple calls to Help line and escalating the case twice there is no action taken, the simply close the query without any action, when asked for reason they do not have answer for that too.
Please help me get this resolved.
