Text of Complaint by Vaibhav:

I had tried for flight booking on Happy Easy Go website on 13 Nov 2022 for Kolkata to Mumbai sector. My account debited for transaction and booking failed from Happy Easy Go team i.e. Ticket no confirmed and received communication in this regard as follow. Its 15 Days past and till date no refund processed against failed booking. None of the contact no working and no response on mail.

We would like to inform you that due to inventory sold out in same booking class at airlines end we are not able to confirm you’re booking.

Your booking has been cancelled and full refund would be reflected to the same mode of payment in 7-10 working days.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused!
