I booked tickets from Kolkata to Delhi and back on 02.04.2022 through Tavolook.
My booking reference is REF914265118.
Since then I have been constantly calling them for refund.But all the time receiving prototype false commitments and promises from Customer Support Executives that my money will be refunded with in 7 days,this date,that date,24-48 hours and so on.Now I am fed up of calling them and receiving all bull shit answers.
I want my refund to my account and not to walet.
I shall never book ticket through Travolook and also request others to blacklist this fraud organisation.
