Text of Complaint by Ashish Gour:

Dear Customer Support,

I have an Airtel prepaid sim. On 25/11/18 at 3:49 AM , I received a message from Airtel saying “NAMKEEN PACK service is activated on my phone” for which I was charged Rs.35. They didn’t ask for my consent for activating this service and now they don’t even show me the transaction details. This pack will expire after 7 days. On 28/11/18 at 3:47 AM , I requested Airtel to deactivate this service. Although they deactivated the service, they didn’t refund me the amount back. I am very disappointed with this. Please help
