I got a call from medlife regarding issueing order as i used to order through app. I placed order on call, and made online payment of Rs.1862.29. As one of medicine come with different power i place return request and medicine has been picked up on 17th july. In order status it shows picuk up completed. The amount to be refund is Rs 1177.19.But when i tried to track return details app crashes.I talk with customer care they said it will get refund in 15-20 days.
I mailed my issue but they reply with saying sorry for inconvinience and will look into it.
It has been more than month and no refund order generated, I can’t even track status of order, Now customer care line is also not working.
Kindly look into it and do the needfull.
