I have cancelled my jio fibre connection on 26/06/2021 due to mis communication between the sales manager. He mis guided us so i cancelled the connection .then they took set top box on 3rd July and said refund in between 7 to 14 days but till now no refund is updated in my account even their customer care executive did not guide me correctly . even their complaint no that is 18008969999 is not connected call with the executives so please solve my problem
