My internet deactivation request was submitted on May 12th, 2021. I had been informed on email that services for my account would be restricted by 7 days from the date of registering my request. Also, monthly rental would NOT be charged from the date deactivation request was raised (May 12, 2021). Final bill was supposed to be generated by June 6,2021.
Furthermore, an excess amount of Rs 3626/- had to be automatically adjusted within 45 days from the date the services were stopped.
