Text of Complaint by Angel Khalkho:

My internet deactivation request was submitted on May 12th, 2021. I had been informed on an email that services for my account would be restricted by 7 days from the date of registering my request. Also, the monthly rental would NOT be charged from the date deactivation request was raised (May 12, 2021). The final bill was supposed to be generated by June 6, 2021.

Furthermore, an excess amount of Rs 3626/- had to be automatically adjusted within 45 days from the date the services were stopped.

After multiple follow-ups and being put on hold on multiple customer care calls, I have now, after 6 MONTHS of deactivation, I haven’t received any refund of the amount promised according to official email communication. I have even shared all my bank details for an NEFT
transfer.
