Sir, The material was picked up by one Flipkart delivery member, Debashis, on 09/10/2022 . He was connected through phone number 03335093261 & informed Taniya Paul, my niece, that material would be picked up. Consequently, he collected the material from Taniya Paul. However, no information was received after that, such as whether it would be replaced or the amount refunded, but according to your Flipkart cell they are still sending mail informing you that the return request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history, but at the same time, they collected the material on 09/10/2022. It is not clear to me.
