I have booked a bus ticket through MakeMyTrip and paid 1124 on 21st April 2022. Bus is canceled by bus operator, Still money is not refunded by MMT, I have tried to reach on MMT but they don’t have any proper communication system to directly talk to customer care person , I think intently they were developed such kind of system.
