I paid for 12 months and i am having atleast one problem every week without a skip. Sometimes the problem stay for 1-3 days sometimes for much more days. I asked for refund they said no as it’s prepaid. I said if no refund then good service they promised i will get better services and this was at the starting (30-40) of the plan now only 70 days of my plan left and still i experience isuues every 2-4 days. I have bought atleast 3k worth of vouched cause my service was disconnected for hours or days. They say they have forwarded the complaint but it does not help and i again get new problem after next 1-2 days . I have to call in their customer service to optimise my network, every few hours or the range decreases with the speed. Restarting the router don’t help.
I asked for reasonable compensation ( refund of the days left) but they are not agreeing.
