I booked a flight from Goa to Varanasi on 21st of January 2022 and it got cancelled by the website and money was debited from my account after contacting the customer care they said the money will be reversed back with 15 working days but till date I have not received by money and customer care executive give further dates whenever I call. I have request them to send a mail mentioning exact dates on which the amount will be reversed and they are not ready to do that. Its been a pain as they are not giving any clear answer and making a fool out of their customer by using their money.
