I had cancelled an order since 3 days . But I didn’t received my money back. I contacted them but they are not picking the call.

I didn’t received my product since 20 days and I cancelled my order but there was no response even I didn’t got my money back
Nor they’re picking up the calls
I have ordered for Neckband wireless Bluetooth from Meesho , I have opened that package slightly later ,but it was different one than what we have asked , and also received wrong charger cable
Now they are denying to take it return considering 7 days time period , it just 10 days period i have asked
