Text of Complaint by Noor:

On 9th of November at around 12:08 AM I used my Airtel app to recharge my phone 7397473692 for amount 399 the recharge never happened. My bank account got debited. When I received the receipt of transaction from Airtel app it showed that recharge went to a complete different number 9937609834. I have called customer support @121 regarding same but they asked me to call 99370 99370 Orissa Airtel customer care number. No help again. The customer care clearly said they can do nothing. I sent email to 121 regarding same with all the reference I had of this transaction but there was no help again.
