I recharged my BSNL mobile number 8078798816 for Rs. 471 on 07 June 2021 at 11.50 using my Bandhan bank debit card. The bank informed me of debiting the amount, but I did not get any acknowledgment from BSNL. Today, when I tried to use my phone, I was told that I had no balance. I want the money deducted from my account to be refunded to my account.
