Ordered some bathroom utilities in cyzaar app on aug 16th 2022,disdnt get the confirmation mail and even doesn’t got the iteams yet nad I have already paid through Paytm upi

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
