Text of Complaint by Sibeon James:

I live in Mission Compound Jaipur here in my area, I have to face Broadband connection problem, every time my broadband wire is unplugged from the main pole of Airtel and this happens every time when the Airtel guys come for the maintains of the pole, and every time the unplugged my wire. I am facing this issue from more than 1.5 year, this needs to stop and when ever their engineer visit my home they don’t wear mask they touch everything, they don’t even use hand sanitizers, I am frustrated with Airtel broadband team. PLEASE DO SOMETHING AGAINTS THEM
