I am Airtel Mobile (9900606722) and Landline (080 41148763) customer for more than 15 years.Since 1 year I have faced lot of problems both on Mobile and Broadband.
1. Broadband line very disruptive the call cuts abruptly after few second. Neither I can hear the caller or the other side person I cannot hear. I have lodged more than 75 complaints and personally visited Vidyaranyapuram, Bangalore Airtel Office. I have written complaint letters to the entire Airtel staff in India but of no use.
2. Broadband speed is very less and frequent dicontinue. I am a prompt payer of Bills before last date. Till now I am never a defaulter. Last September 20 and October 20 Bills I have paid before last date. I used to pay the amount direct through my ICICI bank. Unfortunately, due to continuous pressure from AIRTELBANK I started paying through them. Since then Airtel continuously torturing me saying the Bills are in pending. I have sent the documentary proof of the ICICI Bank and Airtelbank but still I am getting reminding letters everyday. I am aged 78 years and fed up of AIRTEL. i AM WRITING LETTERS TO
