Text of Complaint by Vanessa:

I tried to reach airtel customer care, but i was not able to shows an internal error.

I raised a complaint about 3 weeks ago about slow internet service, which was not addressed. How my internet is not working and i am trying to get hold of an executive for an hour but no go.

And the IVR is no help at all. The IVR informed that my case is registered and will resolve in 8 days

This is very Poor Service
