Hello,
I have an eSIM enabled mobile so I have initiated Physical sim to eSIM process from abroad. But I haven’t received the QR Code for eSIM registration and they have disabled my physical too. This very frustrating for me while I am in abroad. I have communicated with them over Email but they’re not able to resolve the issue. They want me to exchange the physical sim from local stores but that is not possible for me.
It will be great if you can help me with this issue. I am not able to get OTPs and communicate with anyone in India.
