Last 5 months I am trying to call center and processing for deactivate the airtel family plan
First person informed that outstanding amount need to pay then I paid after that they confirmed that with in 24 hrs It will get deactivate.
Then agin I am checking that person saying you need to share OTP for conformation.
That time system some error unbale to process back end we will process and remove the family plan
From the day on wards we flowing person some saying different story
