Text of Complaint by Pawan:

I am using the jiofiber service for a month now and I was provided with the worst ever service from Jio which I never expected.

First, the installation which was very unprofessional. I asked the technician to install the Modem-Router on a place where I can get a proper connectivity for both wired and wireless but the technician didn’t listen which is unacceptable to me and installed it beside my bathroom door which is totally useless to me as I cannot use my Office system since it is not having any Wireless connection.

Second, the connectivity is so weak that both the bands are only available in my room and not anywhere beyond (not even to my terrace which is just above my roof).

Third, the network is highly unstable which is affecting my work.

For the above mentioned issues I was provided with a technician visit which was of no use to me since neither of my issues were resolved. The technician seems to be not so knowledgeable and the only thing he did was a hard reset of the box, which eventually didn’t fix any of my issues. Asking for which, he answered that 2.4Ghz band will only provide me a maximum of 50Mbps. And for reinstalling the box he denied and said he doesn’t have any tool and the box is already on a proper place (on my shelf top and also which was placed by me for better range). He didn’t fix any of my issues and asked the OTP and closed the ticket mentioning that all my issues are resolved.

I didn’t expect this kind of a bad service from Jio Fiber team. And all this happened while I was still in my trial period.

I called the jio customer service thrice but in all those conversations neither of the agents helped me and they also asked me to get a new connection and pay Rs.1500 again for getting a new Modem-Router. All three of them disconnected the call without my concern.

So I finally wanted to cancel the services for which I got connected to the retention team and the agent first said that my trial period is now over so I won’t be provided with any refund. She didn’t even listen my concern and was sleeping without giving any response and she disconnected the call at the end without my concern.

I am fed up with this service, Kindly get me my refund.
