We’re sharing this post to alert others and help them avoid falling into the same trap we did.
Around 9 months ago, during a trip to Goa with my wife, we were approached by representatives of De Feliz Vacation (https://defelizvacation.com/). They offered us a luxury vacation membership, claiming we’d get access to 4-5 star hotel stays globally. The membership we purchased and made payment of ₹65,000 on the spot.
At the time, everything seemed professional – they had brochures, ID cards, and even promised flexible booking and personalized support.
But fast forward to now:
We planned a trip to Srinagar and other location and reached out to them to redeem the promised hotel stays. No proper response. No booking confirmation. No support. Just silence. Despite multiple follow-ups, all we received were vague replies and broken promises. Clearly, there was never any intention to deliver the services they sold us.
We’re now filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and considering legal action to recover our money.
