I recently opted for airtel 749/- pack and it was a bad decision. I get
No network range
No speed
Not even able to send and receive calls properly
Not even proper response from the airtel team.
I pay regular visits to the store for some action of help and all I get is delays and delays.
All I get is false assurances and no proper response.
In quarantine where internet is a necessity, I can’t do normal functions here.
Not even a simple Google search.
I had to take a new conmection from Vodafone for continual.
Even now, this compliant is from a device using Vodafone conmection coz the airtel ones just don’t work.
Please adress these issues asap!!!!!
