Hi,
I’m quite upset with Airtel Customer care. In the last five months, there has been no voice support in 121. Even if I asked for a callback, there won’t be a response. Only way to reach Airtel, using the emails. Most of the time, i won’t get the answer for my question, it will be an insane response.
Really funny to hear that Airtel is trying to connect everybody, but there is no way to connect to the Airtel support team.
If they want to sell their product or billing issue. I use to number of calls from the back end team. Even for simple clarification, they will just to go Airtel showroom and Airtel thanks app.
