i have purchased orbit infiniti 2.0 for 5,499 order no #115402and as it was defective and i had reached the customer support which is very poor. and i was asked to courier the product back to them to bangalore. the consignment no. 81042104511 i sent on 6/4/2023 its more than a month i didn’t receive any response from them when i reached i was asked to pay shipping charges on 11/4/2023. there is no proper response from them and i didnt receive my watch till now.
