Text of Complaint by Vibha Padiyar:

Initially they offered with reasonable price and pressurised me to make token advance as they have only one room left.
After the token advance they raised my package telling the rooms are not available without discussing with me. When I tried to connect for 15 days noone did response. After 15 days they checked on my concern started replying rudely. That lady Sweta was very rude, she doesn’t even have patience to listen to concerns of costumer. When I ask for some minor changes due to emergency they are telling operation team is rejecting. After eating our token amount they start behaving rudely. Such a painful. No refund also. They don’t even pick call at times. Very bad and a big scam company.
I will fight till I get back my money.
