I usually recharge my vodafone prepaid number for Rs.599 which got the validation for 84 days with 1.5 GB data + unlimited local and national calls for all network + 100 local / national sms per day.

but i am not getting the internet service, i am attaching the data usage total for the last 3 days which was provided by the my vodafone app.

I have made my last recharge on 04th of january and it is showing in the app that my active pack will get expire by this 20th april.

So regarding this internet service i contacted customer service but there is no proper respond. I literally called trice since this morning each time they are asking me either to change the settings which is not showing in my 4G device(Motorola One Vision) or they are asking me to call back after 2hrs.

This kind of services is seems to be like they want to agent want to skip this kind of calls and transferring it to another agent. Later when i call after 2hrs the automated voice is asking me to press one particular number to speak to a customer care executive but when i press that particular number it is directing me back to the main menu first i thought that it was my of pressing a wrong number but even after typing the number correctly it is directing back to the main menu only also the customer care executive have wantedly disconnected the call. This is cheating!!!

how can a huge company like vodafone can do this to a customer. I have been using vodafone network for more than 10yrs without changing the number but this is the first time i am getting the worst service ever. the executive name is Kousalya.

I request for a compensation for the stress they gave without providing proper information that a customer require and for not providing proper internet service.
