Text of Complaint by Dharsine:

I have got my interconnect on April 2021 from the local cable TV operator it was working fine till November 2022. I faced continuous low frequency or no proper network connection from my operator. after paying money I haven’t received proper response and I’m using my mobile data for my work. I have raised my complaint multiple times with service provider and cable operator. Monthly I used to pay 800 rupees to 1000 rupees for my Wi-fi recharge, but I try to raise my issue I haven’t received proper response from their end and also, they have insulted me. Due to poor network, I’m facing huge. issue with my work environment and I’m getting pressurizsed.
