Text of Complaint by Sandeep Sadare:

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have existing customer of TATA Sky Dish, now we used Tata Sky Binge from 5th of June 2021.

My Tata sky dish pack expire on 22nd of June 2021 and same has inactive shown. but unfortunately my Tata Sky Binge (Trial period going on of 1 Month) not working at same time.

for this reason I call to customer care and they says you need to recharge your Tata Sky dish with your earlier package or minimum subscription of Rs 153.40/-.

At the time of installation of Tata Sky Binge your customer care person not inform me regarding need to recharge of Tata Sky Dish, they says only need to pay of Rs 299/- for continue watching of Tata Sky Binge.

in this scenario your customer care persons call yesterday to me and says you need to  recharge the Tata Sky Dish also. but I ask them same this why not update me at the time of installation of Tata Sky Binge not answer with them and say sorry continuously and this is not solution of my problem, even person visit for installation of Tata sky binge also says no need to recharge of Tata sky dish only monthly recharge of Rs 299/-.
