Hi All,
After complaining many times from August 2018 till now there are no efforts made from airtel support to improve the network issues at my place, always I hear that network team is doing optimization in the backend and there is no ETA since I hardly get signals inside my home.
I have two airtel postpaid, data card and DTH and planning to buy broadband from AIRTEL.
If the support is so worst to identify the signal issues and cannot resolve from months.
I will be changing my network work service provider completely. And I can influence people in my apartment to go for other service providers.
Personally, I have told Airtel support team to put temporary booster until a new tower comes.
I’m able to figure out a lot of options as a common educated engineer, why your support is thinking of this option and solve the network issue. From past 2 months, I’m just paying bills without using properly which is not fair and end of the day my company looks productivity out of this. In the Advertising Airtel shows throughout INDIA we have 4G network which is wrong practically.
If i’m not getting any solution in the coming day, I will post this in social media, consumer court and finally the change service provider.
All together Airtel customer support executives work like donkeys no intellectual talk, keep saying sorry for the inconvenience. But someone should take ownership to start working towards resolving this issue and people call me to listen to my complaint again and again instead of doing their homework to check the history of service request which was raised.
After long patience, I’m writing to you and hoping to resolve signal issues from 4G Data and Voice.
