I have been trying to resolve a issue since a couple of days regarding my Airtel dth connection. In the month of November, I had recharged and taken the HD set top box. This was charged approximately 2700 to me with all charges. Ever since then I’ve contacted the team 5-7 times for some or the other issue.
Now, it’s been heights from you, none of the HD channels are working and with this i have been informed to activate my plans as per TRAI rules. I had agreed to do so but I had requested for a complete refund to which I’ve paid.
I’ve not used it much so don’t think that I should have to pay for the services.
I had requested for a refund to my account and I’ll follow the rules and activate the plans as per my convenience.
I’ve been promised several call backs from backend team but no one got back to me. Lately I was asked to email and things would be resolved for me, and I even did this. But again no response…
Today I’ve spoken to a TL ( Chandradham Taumar ), before this ( Nitin Tiwari ), they said the same old story which I’m not interested in.
Is there somebody who can get this resolved……
Kishore Gaire Escalations team. Spoke to him and he even advised the same old story. Again an email to be sent to the backend team and they would revert back in 48 hours. But, I’ve already done that.
Email was sent on March 17, 5:33am approx, since then it’s 48 hours and no response.
Such a poor coordination and service.
