I received an order on the 22nd of October. As it is my birthday today and I was requested to open the gifts on the 4th of November, I didn’t open the MK watch box when received. The box unfortunately, doesn’t have any items in it and it’s really ridiculous to experience this. I have been calling amazon and speaking to them but no help has been provided. Absolutely awful customer service.
