I have ordered 2 lehangas on 25 oct and paid money through netbanking 1315 rupees

Niether I didn’t receive any product nor I got refund

So, I have tried to recheck the website,its showing 404 not found

I have searched customer care number in google and I got 8101580160

I have explained this and they told they will refund

Surprisingly they asked me to share UPI pin

I again asked is it UPI ID?

But they are asking UPI 4-digit Pin

Help me to get my money back and punish them so that others will not face the same
