I placed an order for milton tiffin box with Order id:OD122997478631284000 on 2nd Oct 21 and prepaid amount for same but till date(26oct 2021 ) product not delivered and not getting response from company.

    Recently we have ordered a new boAt Aavante Bar 1550 120 W Bluetooth Soundbar (Premium Black, 2.1 Channel) through Flipkart app-wide order reference number OD223840023862213000 on a date Friday 7th Jan 2022. Till date, It was not delivered.

    Still, The product is not yet shipped from the vendor since from one week. While booking time it is shown next day itself it will deliver, But not delivered.

    Actually, I have booked this product for giving to my kid for a birthday surprise. Now, I’m very disappointed due to a very delayed process in Flipkart.

    I’m a Flipkart Plus member. For Plus members it was delayed, What about normal customers.

    Daily I,m calling to Flipkart customer support executive team and followed up with them. Every time they told me to wait for the next 4 or 5 days definitely it will deliver. Today also I have called to customer executive team, Same copy-paste replies were received from them. Today they told me to wait for the 17th of this month which is a very long period and disappointed reply.

    Earlier also I have canceled the order for same product due to same delay delivery. They failed to deliver the product on the promised date i.e, 8th Jan 2022. Below are the order details of the canceled order.

    Now I requesting you to kindly look into this case, Speak with a respective vendor, Inform the vendor to deliver the product before Pongal on an emergency basis. Also, Arrange the installation/Demo on the same delivery date. Kindly consider this case as a special case and deliver the product before festival already a very long delay happened.

I lost my old number which is registered with flipkart and now want to update with new one since 3 years and already shared KYC details but still issue is unresolved but everytime case was closed by flipkart without resolution with fals statement. Customer care also not helpful and disconnect the call as thy have no answer for this, My recent ticket number is IN22020211470221921807
