Redmi 10 power phone was ordered from amazon, but the phone was detected, not started.
We applied for return . On 9th of May, return guy came to pickup but he stated quality checks were not resolved so he couldn’t direct pickup. We asked amazon to resolve quality checks . From that day onwards everyday I am receiving OTP for pickup. But they are not contacting and cancelling the pickup. everyday we are calling amazon customer care and delhivery customer care but nothing is solved. And pickup is not done yet.
