Text of Complaint by Deepak Makwana:

I have ordered a hard disk(Seagate Expansion Portable 1.5 TB External Hard Drive) order date 15th may 2020 and i have received on 16th may 2020. after i checked the harad disk in my two different laptop i found hard disk is faulty as  its not detect by any laptop. from that day 16th may 2020 i am contacting to customer care of Amazon and every day they make my return pick up and promise me after return i got my refund. but every time till today 24th may 2020 my pickup got cancelled by them. i have tried to contact through twitter they promise me on 24th may they will pick up and refund my amount which was Rs. 4,399.00. but today on 24th may 2020 they again cancelled my pick up. i want refund and looking forward to resolve my matter asap.
