I ordered Non contact thermometer on April 11, 2020 from Myupchar (https://www.myupchar.com) which I never received. I tried calling customer care 100 times but they keep telling me you refund is under process and will be done shortly. It is almost more than 1.5 years but no refund is been made till now.
