Airtel has provided 121 & 198 as their toll free customers support number but there is no any options stating how we can talk to their customer support executives.
When ever we dial 121 it will repeat the same options again and again without giving any option to talk to their customers support person.
Aitel is just wasting our time.i dialed their customers support no many times but couldn’t able to talk to their representatives.
Company must provide option to get in touch to their customers representatives in their first options. So I request consumer complaints court to do something in this matter.
