Dear Consumer court,
Greetings
I got refund from Amazon of two different amounts of Rs. 1607.03 + 1880.89. I provided my Paytm saving account number to Amazon and they have transfered my refund in this account and provided me a authorisation code (refund reference no) 0R8UD3TG0000K0OBLHC4 for 1880.89 and 0RZV1AAW0000K0P2LMHT for 1607.03.
But i have not received any money in my paytm saving account, when i contacted Amazon, they are saying that i should contact Paytm payment bank customer care department and request them to file charge dispute.
But Paytm Paytm bank is not filing charge dispute and saying that they have no information regarding this transaction Id.
Paytm Payment bank is not helping me at all and i am in big trouble, Amazon is saying they can’t do anything without charge dispute refference number.
Consumer court, please give me justice .
