Text of Complaint by Gokulakrishnan:

I’m using airtel post paid. Last month I have subscribed one month Internet booster pack. I am getting charges for that booster for every month. They did not provide any options to deactivate the pack in either mobile app or airtel website or IVR call. If we want to deactivate then we have to reach their showroom and have to connect the call center through them because as a customers we can’t directly speak to the customer service representatives. We get any any services at one click but none of the options have provided to deactivate the services. So they are forcibly making us to pay unnecessary charges. Regarding this issue raised complaint(313040219416263) but no response yet from them.
