I really disappointed with all Airtel services. I have filed three complaints in the past related to unstable internet and worse call quality. It has been around 30 days you guys keep increasing the ticket resolution time. Initially the resolution date was 17th August 2022 now it has been passed. When I call customer care you don’t have option in IVR to connect customer support officer. Everytime I get a response you have crossed maximum attempts. please dial later. What the hell you guys are doing. First not resolving the issue and then not providing option to connect the calls to customer care.
I tried 198, 121, 9810012345. All are not providing options to connect CSO.
I feel so bad why I port my number from VI to Airtel. I already faced lot of signals disconnect on teams/Zoom calls during my official work. The worst thing is in a minute 10-20 times network down and up. Signals gone and comes. What the worst thing is this. I am living in district main city and colony is also well developed.
If this problem will not be resolved i will file complaint in consumer forum to refund my balance days money as i really frustrated with such unstable network. Well I will going to stop the Airtel broadband services too airtel will remain having such pathetic customer support and network services. I need quick support on this.
